Tough single-piece bathroom base
The moulded SMC base forms the floor of the pod and is factory contoured to direct water toward the floor wastes. Its one-piece construction eliminates floor joins and the need for troublesome waterproofing membranes.
The durability of Fibreglass composite (SMC)
The base and ceiling are made from SMC - the same material used by Boeing in their 787 aircraft.
SMC is both attractive and ultra hard wearing. It provides a non-slip, hygienic, wipe clean surface that is tough, without being brittle.
Ceramic tiled wall
system
Your choice of large format ceramic tiles are bonded to full height galvanised steel wall sections. During assembly, the wall panels permanently interlock into the base and adjoining panels to create a trouble-free full wet room enclosure.
Fully free-standing steel & aluminium structure
The galvanised steel & aluminium panels forms a self supporting structure that can be transported without damage. It does not require additional site framing.
Bathroom furniture can be screw fixed direct to the walls without requiring additional support
Designed to reduce wet-area risk
Bathrooms are one of the most trade-intensive and defect-sensitive parts of a build. MULTIPOD is designed to bring more control to the bathroom enclosure before final fit-out begins.
Controlled drainage path
The contoured base directs water toward the floor & shower wastes, while the integrated wall upstand helps contain the wet area at the floor-to-wall junction
Elimination of waterproofing membranes
Waterproofing membranes are a bottleneck for many project timelines. The MULTIPOD system delivers exceptional watertightness using our single piece base and robust mechanical joins. No more waiting for membranes to dry.
Built for repeatable detailing
Once a bathroom layout is completed and approved, the same enclosure design can be repeated across multiple units to help improve consistency from one bathroom to the next
