What is a Bathroom Pod?
MULTIPOD Bathroom Pods are fully complete bathrooms that are prefabricated offsite in factory-controlled environments. They arrive on-site fully fitted and plumbed, ready to be connected to site services.
Our Bathroom Pods both accelerate and simplify projects, with the number of trades required on site reduced from up to 12 to just 3. Plus installation is completed in hours, not weeks.
Testing and inspections are completed offsite, with any defects remedied prior to site delivery - virtually eliminating delays caused by failed council inspections.
Our Bathroom Pods include fully prefinished internal walls, floors and ceiling, supported by a robust exterior steel structure that allows damage free transport to site. Once in location, the rest of the building is built around the Pod, with exterior wall linings able to be screw fixed directly to the Pod’s frame.
The MULTIPOD NZ team work with you to design the Bathroom Pod to your project requirements. We supply fully detailed BIM files to ensure that the POD and its connections seamlessly connect to your site build – ensuring a stress connection of the Pod to the building during install.

We can supply as much or little of the bathroom pods as you like – from just the shell to a fully complete solution
With our shell-only option, we supply just the bathroom enclosure (walls, floor, ceiling & shower doors) along with the inwall and underfloor plumbing.
You are free to supply your own NZ sourced bathroom furniture and tapware for installation into the shell prior to delivery to site. This is a great option for customers that have existing supply contracts with a NZ plumbing supplier
Under our Full Supply option, will direct source everything, using our NZ certified and warranted materials
Either option you select, the assembly unit will be comprehensively inspected and tested prior to delivery to site.

Our architects work with your team to create detailed BIM plans to ensure the finished Pod will seamlessly fit your build. The finalised bathroom pod can be prototyped and a sample sent to NZ for your formal review and sign off

We source your selected finishes and materials from vendors in NZ and China. Factory production takes approx. 45 days. After extensive inspections, completed pod are shipped to NZ (approx 30 days shipping)

The shipped units are transported to an offsite NZ facility for assembly. All works will be signed off by qualified NZ tradespeople, and booked in for formal Council inspections. Completed units will be packed ready for shipment to site.
